Elln Hagney, Director of Education and Development
Elln is responsible for the museum’s public programming and fundraising outreach programs. She has organized special exhibitions such as The Wheelmen’s Machine and Drawing on Brilliance, plus the Innovation Speaks lecture series and Innovations of Yesteryear festival held each fall. For more than 25 years, Elln has worked with organizations such as the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, Universal Studios, John Alden House, and Lowell Historic Preservation Commission. She was educated at the University of Massachusetts/Lowell.

Kim Kalen, Assistant Director
Kim has day-to-day responsibility for museum operations. She also leads the facility rental program, working with hundreds of people each year who attend private events at the museum, and is in charge of special events such as the annual Food & Wine Festival held each spring. Kim was educated at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
