Steampunk Meetups
One Sunday each month, 1:00PM to 3:00 PM
Gather with other steampunks at the museum, exchange stories, show off your latest projects and find what what other steampunks are up to. Each month we feature a Steampunk Swap. Bring a steampunk item you no longer need and swap it with another steampunk for something you can use. Sometimes meet ups have special themes, speakers, or activites.

Watch City Festival: Waltham, the Original Steampunk City!
Saturday & Sunday, May 11 & 12th, 2013
This May 11th and 12th, 2013, citizens and visitors to the beautiful and historic city of Waltham, Massachusetts will attend a festival like no other. The Watch City Festival, presented annually by the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation, is a sort of Ringling Brothers meets the Industrial Revolution event that encompasses the entire downtown area. A small “museum that could,” the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation is working with the City of Waltham, the Waltham West Suburban Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Waltham Partnership, the Waltham Tourism Council, Steampuffin, and the New England Steampunk Community to continue an event that blends historic Victorian sensibility with the whimsical Steampunk movement.
