Green Enterprise Training Institute…
Preparing you for a Green Tomorrow!
The Green Enterprise Training Institute is a cooperative training program produced by the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation and the Workforce Development One Stop Center in Newton. GETI focuses on education and training in green energy efficiency skills and in the leadership tools to create new green enterprises.
Qualifying participants may choose from two tracks of skills coursework:
Green Jobs: Energy Efficiency Training –This program trains participants for green energy efficiency jobs. After completion of this program, participants receive a certificate, job counseling, and placement assistance.
This course begins Fall 2010
Green Enterprise – Small Business/Entrepreneurs Programs – Participants will receive training to start their own green enterprise. This program is to follow the Green Jobs: Energy Efficiency Training program, where the participants will branch off to receive instruction in green business models, business planning, financing, marketing, and other skills that are vital to start-ups.
This course offered Thursday Evenings from 6:00pm – 8:15pm
